DipBell Refunds and Cancellation
Effective October 11, 2026.
Free trial. New members get 30 days free. Cancel any time during the trial on your Account page and you are never charged.
Cancel any time. One click on your Account page ("Cancel membership"), or email hello@dipbell.com with the subject "Cancel". We confirm by email. No calls, no questions, no offers to stay.
After you cancel. No further charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Full refund within 14 days. If you ask within 14 days of any charge (your first monthly charge, or any yearly charge including a renewal), we refund that charge in full and end the membership. Email hello@dipbell.com or reply to your receipt. Refunds go back to your card within 2 business days of your request; your bank may take 5 to 10 days more to show them.
Monthly charges after the first. Not refunded once 14 days have passed; cancel to stop the next one.
If we stop the service or remove you for a rule breach, we refund the unused part of your paid period.
