DipBell Privacy Policy

What we collect. (1) From Google sign-in: your name, email address and Google account ID. (2) What you do on DipBell: names you star, alert settings, Lab settings you save, your plan and trial dates. (3) Payment: handled by Stripe; we receive your plan, payment status, the last four digits and expiry of your card and your billing country, never your full card number. (4) If you join our Discord: the Discord username you give us so we can grant the Member role. (5) Technical: IP address, browser type and the time of each request, kept in our hosting provider's logs; one sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. (6) Your consent record at checkout (the terms shown, the time, your IP), which California law requires us to keep.

What we do not collect. Your brokerage accounts, holdings, balances, income, age or investment goals. Please do not send them to us.

How we use it. To run your account and membership, send the emails you asked for (alerts, receipts, trial and renewal notices), grant Discord access, prevent fraud, and keep the records the law requires.

Who we share it with. Only the service providers that run DipBell for us, for that purpose: our hosting provider Cloudflare, Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), our email-sending service Resend, and Discord (if you join). We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use advertising trackers.

How long we keep it. Account data while your account is open and up to 12 months after you close it; consent and payment records for at least 3 years after your membership ends, as California law requires; server logs up to 30 days.

Your choices and rights. Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you, correct or delete your personal information, or close your account, by emailing hello@dipbell.com. We answer within 45 days. We keep only what the law requires us to keep. We treat no one differently for asking.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We do not track you across other sites, so there is nothing for these signals to switch off; we honor them anyway.

Children. DipBell is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security. Data travels encrypted; card data stays with Stripe.

Changes. We post the new version here with its date and email members at least 30 days before a material change.
